Arthur Jones is set to be the republican party nominee for an Illinois congressional seat that includes parts of Chicago as well as the neighboring suburbs. Arthur Jones is a 70 year old retired insurance agent, who is also a Holocaust denier and a White Supremacist.

Well first of all, I’m running for Congress not the chancellor of Germany. All right. To me the Holocaust is what I said it is: It’s an international extortion racket,” Jones told the Chicago Sun-Times. ChicagoSunTimes

Lucky for him, he is facing no contenders in the primaries. Unlucky for the republican party, he is facing no contenders in the primaries. Chances are, his name would never appear on a ballot if he was. But the fact that this disgusting man who wears a hood and promotes the annihilation of an entire ethnicity identifies as a republican, is very indicative of what Trump has done to the republican party. Hopefully, democrats will publicize Jones, and make him a fixture of the republican party.

Trump has awoken a group of people who have been ignored. Trump’s campaign strategy was to go after that alt-right crowd. This gigantic demographic was just waiting to be embraced. Generally, this demographic is uneducated and dirt poor, perfect conditions for manipulation. They were desperate and incredibly hopefully. Trump just had to say the right thing to gain their loyalty.

The white majority are fed up with all of these lying, cheating, thieving, war-mongering, child-molesting political pimps and whores of this corrupt and decadent two-party, Jew-party, queer-party system!” cried Arthur Jones at a neo-Nazi rally in rural Kentucky, The Guardian reported.

When Trump praised “both sides” of a White Supremacy rally, members of hate groups across the country pledged their allegiance to Trump. Finally, the President of the United States, was respecting these hate groups. The KKK has been given the highest stamp of approval in the land.

As a result, according to research by the Southern Poverty Law Center, there has been a spike of hate groups since Trump’s election, TheAtlantic. Trump has successfully made hate groups, that strive on killing minorities, mainstream. Thanks to Trump, hate groups don’t have to hide in the shadows anymore.

Appealing to hate groups was Trump’s plan all along. His first campaign speech he pledged to kick Muslims out of the country. He also wanted to build a wall to keep Hispanics out of the country. Hitler made the exact same campaign promises. While these disgusting campaign promises shocked many people, they were also music to the ears of every hate group in the country. To think the President of the United States was elected after professing such platforms, only validated the ideals of ethnic cleansing.

Can’t these hate groups realize that Trump is just placating them for votes? Trump’s approval ratings are in historically low territory. Imagine what they would look like, if the alt right was not behind him! Also, Trump was a democrat his whole life. His grandchildren are Jewish. He only joined the republican party right before he ran for president. To think that Trump actually agrees with these hate groups is preposterous.

One day, Trump will be gone from the White House. He will be replaced by a democrat, who will reverse all of Trump’s nonsensical legislation on day one. However, the republican party will forever be shattered thanks to Trump. A quick stroll through the republican party will reveal child molesters and KKK members. Oh yeah, and this is the party of the religious right! Hate him all you want, but no one has destroyed the republican party as much as Trump.
